Report: A great place to getaway to. Not a lot of people during the week. Maybe 10 other people in the campground while we were there. A great place to go fishing, biking, and hiking. We have been coming here for 8 years. If your looking for a place to getaway from the rat race this is it. Cool mountain breezes, Quiet days & even quieter nights.
Conditions: It was 70-75 during the day and 45-50 at night. It was sunny the whole time we were there. No rain, kind of disappointing. There is nothing better than a light rain storm in the mountains. Best of all very few bugs.
Water Availability: Water was not a problem since they have a water souce in the campground. We were there 5 days.

Report: OUR STAY IN THE PRIMITIVE AREA WAS NICE. WE HAD NO PROBLEMS WHATSOEVER. THE PEOPLE WE MET WERE KIND AND WATCHED OUR CAMP WHILE GOIN TO THE LAKE TO CANOE. I WOULD RECOMMEND TO ANY FAMILY ABOUT COTTONWOOD. WE PLAN TO RETURN AGAIN THIS SUMMER. THANK YOU ALSO THE FISHING IS GREAT I CAUGHT MY FIRST FISH EVER, SO I'LL NEVER FORGET COTTONWOOD.
Conditions: IT WAS SUNNY, HOWEVER WE HAD A SHADE TENT WHICH MADE A DIFFERENCE BUT THERE ARE PLENTY OF TREES. NOT TO MANY BUGS AT ALL.
Water Availability: WE TOOK OUR OWN WATER SUPPLY AND WE WERE FINE. OUR STAY WAS 2 NITES.
