General Description

This is a natural lake with fair to good bank fishing for six to eleven inch Brook Trout with few Native and Brown - many suckers. The lake is forty percent easy and sixty percent difficult.

Directions: This lake is two miles west of Big Cimarron Reservoir. Vehicular access restricted by Bear Claw subdivision. Park at Big Cimarron Campground and cross Cimarron River at the bridge on Forest boundary. Walk cross - country two miles to the west past fish Creek Reservoirs. The trail leads from the reservoirs to Hampton Lake.
