General Description
This road is a loop that begins and ends on Red Creek Road. Most of the road is located in the narrow drainage of West Red Creek. When driving north on this road, you will come to a junction at about two and a half miles. The left road will lead to the West Elk Rim Trail and the right road will bring you back to the Red Creek Road.
Directions from Gunnison: Travel eighteen miles west on Highway 50 to Red Creek Road. Turn right (north) on to Red Creek Road and drive nine and a half miles to West Red Creek Road.
