The trail is in good condition and easy to follow. The trail from Beckwith Pass is well worth a single day excursion. Water is plentiful. Cool temperatures prevail. The trail crosses intermittent streams, and in spring and early summer water is always close by. The trail follows Cliff Creek.
Directions from Kebler Pass Road via Horse Ranch Park: Take Kebler Pass Road to the Lowline Trail #438 near the top of the Kebler Pass road. The trailhead is located at Horse Ranch Road.
Directions from Kebler Pass Road via Lost Lake Turnoff: Take Kebler Pass Road to the Lost Lake Turnoff. Turn south on the road to Lost Lake Campground. The trailhead is on the northeast end of the campground loop.
