Report: The hardest part was the road! I had to stop once along the way and let my engine cool and add water to the radiator. But once I got here, it was worth it. Out of the way, with plenty of trees and a beautiful valley and nearby hiking trails. Watch the chipmunks, though! They'll steal your food if they can.
Conditions: The Summer of '05 Heat Wave was just starting to subside. Days were pleasantly warm, and nights great for sleeping. It rained most of one afternoon, but the previous day had been perfect to go hiking on a nearby trail.
Water Availability: I brought my own; information said that there was none available here.

Report: We came to Blue Creek in July 98 and we are returning this June and hope to see snow this year. It is so quiet and peaceful. If you REALLY want to get away, then this is the place to do it!!
Conditions: We were there in July ---and being from Texas we veiwed the weather as PERFECT---but the people in town said it was hot. It was 55 in the morning and 75 at 2 pm --rained alittle at night.
Water Availability: We brought our on water!
