Cold Springs Campground
Cold Springs Campground is a small campground in the Bear River area. It is located 17 miles southwest of Yampa on Forest Development Road 900, near Stillwater Reservoir. A campground fee is charged and reservations are not available.

Facilities:

The campground has 5 sites and a maximum spur length of 22 ft. It has drinking water, trash collection, a restroom, picnic tables, and fire grates.

Directions from Yampa: Travel S/SW on RD 7 for approximately 7 miles to FDR 900. Proceed on FDR 900 for approximately 10 miles to Cold Springs Campground on the right side of the road.

Seasonal Information:
Normal Services Available: Early June through Mid-November (NOTE: Seasons may vary depending on weather and snow depth. Fee charged. Water and trash service may be limited after October 1.) .

Bear River Trail - The Bear River Trail, located in the Flat Tops southwest of Yampa, leads from the Stillwater trailhead, up to the headwaters of the Bear River, into the White River National Forest.
