This as a picturesque lake with scenic views but no developed access. From Stunner Pass take Kerr Lake Four-Wheel Drive Road 257 to Kerr Lake. Then you will have to bushwhack about 1.5 miles over Cornwall Mountain to Cliff Lake. The lake is subject to winterkill in extreme years.
