General Description

West Lake Campground is located on West Lake in the Redfeather Lakes area, about 44 miles northwest of Fort Collins. It sits at an elevation of 8,200 feet. Recreation activities include boating (nonmotorized and/or electric motors only), fishing, hiking, mountain biking, and horseback riding. Redfeather Village is within 2 miles of the campground. No horses/pack animals in the campground.

Facilities:
West Lake has 29 campsites with picnic tables and fire grates. The campground has drinking water, toilets, and trash service. There is an unimproved boat launch at the campground.

Directions from Fort Collins: Take US Highway 287 north approximately 21 miles to Livermore then travel west on County Road 74E (Redfeather Lakes Road) approximately 22 miles to the site.
