This scenic 50 acre reservoir is located in the most remote part of the Arapaho National Recreation Area, at an elevation of nearly 10,000 feet. It is open to only nonmotorized watercraft and is popular with visitors who prefer fishing or boating in an undeveloped area. This reservoir is good for canoes and small sailboats. There is no boat ramp. There is a picnic area, and vault toilets, but no drinking water.
Directions from Granby: Travel southeast on Highway 40 to County Road 84/Forest Road 129, 1/2 mile east of Tabernash. Follow 129 about 9 miles to the reservoir.
