Horsethief Park Trailhead provides access to 3 short trails within the Horsethief Park area. The following are the trails that users may access from this location: Horsethief Park Trail, 704; Horsethief Falls Trail, 704B; and Pancake Rocks Trail, 704A. All trails are open to foot and horse traffic. Motorized vehicles are prohibited. Temperatures in this area are about 15 degrees cooler than Colorado Springs. Afternoon thunderstorms are common throughout the summer
Directions from Colorado Springs: From Colorado Springs, take Highway 24, through Woodland Park, to Divide. Turn south on Highway 67 and drive 8 miles until you see a closed tunnel. Parking is available on the other side of the closed tunnel.
