Long Hollow Trail, #650, leads 5.5 miles south from Noodle Trail, #677, to Long Hollow Road. This trail receives an intermediate rating and gets low use. It can be ridden as a loop trail in combination with Trout Creek Trail, #649.The National Forest Service challenges all off-highway vehicle (OHV) users to TREAD LIGHTLY on public lands. The Tread Lightly program educates and informs forest users on how to enjoy recreation opportunities without damaging resources or negatively affecting others enjoyment of public lands. Potential damage to our natural environment is intensified due to increasing popularity of OHVs. (This category of vehicles includes 4 WD, ATVs, dirt bikes, mountain bikes and snowmobiles.) Directions from junction Highway 67 and Rampart Range Road: Long Hollow Road Access: Travel 18 miles south on Rampart Range Road to Forest Road 348, a 4WD road; and then drive 4 miles south on 348 to the trailhead.
