General Description

Big Bend is just off Highway 184 on the southwest shore of McPhee Reservoir. There are two graveled 10 unit parking areas, a small boat input and a toilet at this site. Rowboating is permitted here.

Directions from Dolores, Colorado: Travel west on Highway 145 for 2 miles, then turn right on Highway 184 for 0.5 mile. Take a right and go 1/10 mile to the lake.

Recreation Season: Spring through Late Fall .
