Middle Mountain

Middle Mountain Campground is on the east shore just across the Pine River from Pine Point Campground. Middle Mountain Campground offers 24 sites with southern exposure and easy access to the water of Vallecito Reservoir. Campground very open and sunny with a grassy shoreline and receives afternoon breezes. Some shade is provided by ponderosa pines and small aspen. A few sites can accommodate large RVs.Campground is adjacent to mouth of the Pine River where it enters Vallecito Reservoir.
Directions from Bayfield, Colorado: Travel 22 miles north on County Road #501. Site is on northeast side of Vallecito Reservoir.
