General Description

This trail is not marked. Trail is on an unplowed portion of County Road 243 to Forest boundary approximately 1.5 miles, then the trail follows Florida Campground road. Return the same route as going into the area. Terrain is varied with gentle up and down slopes. A good area for beginning skiers.

Directions from Bayfield, Colorado: Take County Road 501 north 11 miles, then County Road 240 to the north end of Lemon Reservoir at cattleguard on County Road 243. Generally the County only plows snow to this point.
