Report: Came upon Weller by happenstance. We were traveling out to Bryce Canyon and ended up driving over Independence Pass. The drive was awsome and the camp ground fantastic. We only stayed for one night but was peaceful, quiet and the campers were very friendly. Our first time camping in Colorado and would go back.
Conditions: We were there around June 25th. Was a wet night but not a wash out. Camping area kept up very nicely.
Water Availability: Plenty of water available

Report: Weller was the first camground we've stayed at around Aspen, so we can't really compare it to any other, but it was great! We had the camp host come and greet us when we arrived and suggested trails in the area. The sites are a bit small, but we could easily fit two tents. The scenery was great with aspen trees all around us. Since is it a smaller camp site, it was very quiet and very convenient.
