General Description

Shadyside Trail is a spur off of the popular Sunnyside trail, just northwest of Aspen, Colorado. This trail is about 2.5 miles long and is most popular for mountain biking. To access the Shadyside Trail you must start at the Sunnyside Trailhead. Traveling west from Aspen 1/4 mile on Highway 82, turn right at the first light out of town onto Cemetery Lane. Continue 1-1/2 miles to the Sunnyside trailhead on the right. The junction to Shadyside Trail is 2 miles up Sunnyside.
