General Description

Black Bess Family Picnic Ground is located at 7,800 ft. in elevation and provides access to water sports on Ruedi Reservoir and land sports in the surrounding terrain. No drinking water is available except for treated water from the reservoir and area streams.

Directions from Basalt: 23 miles east of Basalt, CO up the Frying Pan Rd, County Rd 104
