General Description

Willows Campground and Green Mountain Reservoir

Willows is an undeveloped campground. It is located on the northeast end of Green Mountain Reservoir, off HWY. 9. No fee is required at the campground.

Facilities:

The campground has minimal services, but does have vault toilets. There is boat launching off the shore.

Directions from Silverthorne: Go 20 miles north on HWY 9. Near the north end of Green Mountain Reservoir turn left (west) to reach the campground.

Directions from Beaver Creek: Travel 38 miles east on I-70 to Silverthorne. Go 20 miles north on HWY 9. Near the north end of Green Mountain Reservoir turn left (west) to reach the campground.

Directions from Vail: Travel 29 miles east on I-70 to Silverthorne. Go 20 miles north on HWY 9. Near the north end of Green Mountain Reservoir turn left (west) to reach the campground.
