General Description

TRAIL BEGINS: At the end of the right fork of the Riling Draw road.

TRAIL ENDS: At West Dell Falls.

ATTRACTIONS: Occasional views of the Gros Ventre range and cool, wooded passage. Water available from West Dell Creek, but only intermittent grazing. The trail ends with a view of West Dell Falls.

Directions from US Hwy. 191-189, Hoback Canyon: about 1 mile west of Hoback Guard Station turn onto Forest Road, #30600. Turn north onto the Riling Draw road, and go through the two gates on private land and back onto the Forest. Turn right (northeast) just after the second gate and continue to the third drainage east (House Creek), where you will have to continue around private land on foot or horseback to the end of the road and the trailhead.
