LOCATION: Snake River Canyon, 8 miles south of Hoback Junction.
ATTRACTIONS: The Snake River is easily accessed from the campground for fishing. Boat ramps are available within several miles up and downstream for raft access. A trailhead is located one mile west of the campground, up the Cabin Creek Road. (this road is not recommended for passenger vehicles due to roughness).
FACILITIES: 10 campsites, tables, grills, fire rings, toilets, water.
Directions from Jackson: Follow U.S. Highway 191 south to Hoback Junction. Bear right and proceed approximately eight miles to campground. Cabin Creek is the first campground encountered as you head downstream. Watch for the entrance on the left (river side of highway).
