TRAIL BEGINS: 5.1 miles up Wolf Creek along Wolf Creek Trail
TRAIL ENDS: at the intersection with Dog Creek Trail
ATTRACTIONS: This trail has access to high ridges of Snake River Range and drainages beyond. It creates potential for several different loop trips in and around Wolf Creek. The fork connects directly with Red Pass. NOTE: The trail is overgrown and poorly maintained in areas. Stream crossings may be difficult during high water.
Directions from Jackson: Follow Hwy. 89 south approximately 18 miles to Wolf Creek. Park here and follow Wolf Creek Trail 5.1 miles (bearing right at junction with Dry Fork Trail) to fork in canyon heading due north to Red Pass. Trail is little used and indistinct.
July through October .
