General Description

Burnt Lake Trailhead is located about 24 miles east of Pinedale, near the southwest end of Burnt Lake. Trail 191 begins here and eventually leads to the Bridger Wilderness.

Directions from Pinedale: Follow Hwy. 191 south to the Burnt/Meadow Lakes Road. Follow toward Burnt Lake and the trailhead, a total of 24 miles from Pinedale.

Normally Accessible: Early June through Late October .
