General Description

Spruces is the largest campground on the Salt Lake Ranger District. It has 97 campsites with tables, grills, and fire circles. Water faucets are located throughout the campground. Flushable vaulted restrooms and central garbage receptacles are provided. Spurs have been designed to conveniently accept trailer units/RV's. There are no hookups. You cannot hook your RV hose up to the water hydrants. Some camping units and picnic areas are accessible to people with disabilities.

Directions from Salt Lake City: Spruces is located 9.7 miles up Big Cottonwood Canyon, State Highway 190.
