General Description

Little Jimmy Trail Campground is a hike-in only site where spring water is present (treat before using). However, water flow may be low or nonexistent due to reduced rainfall. Campsites are first-come, first-served. Facilities include 16 sites and vault toilets. Campfire permits required. An Adventure Pass is required for vehicles parked at trailhead.

Directions from La Canada, CA: Travel Interstate 210, exit at Angeles Crest Hwy. (Hwy. 2) and drive 41 miles north. Park in the large clearing to the left (north) of the highway. Cross the highway and pick up the Pacific Crest Trail leading east. Follow the trail 2 miles.

Directions from Azusa, CA: Travel Interstate 210, exit Azusa Avenue (Hwy. 39.). Drive 25 miles north on San Gabriel Can. Road (Hwy. 39) to the Crystal Lake entrance. Park in the large dirt clearing to the right just before the locked gate. Hike in from Crystal Lake - 3 miles.
