General Description

Beach Ridge Motorized Trail begins at Troy Meadow Campground overflow and follows the ridge north ending at the Albanita Trail. It was constructed and funded by the "Green Sticker" program and is best suited for intermediate riders.

For mountain bike use the trail condition is sandy soil with some technical rocky uphill climbs. It offers some vistas looking over Troy Meadow. Best suited for experienced riders.

Directions from Kernville: Travel north about 16 miles on Mtn. 99 and turn right (east) onto Sherman Pass Rd. (22S05) and travel about 23 miles to where the trail intersects the road.

Albanita Trail - From Jackson Peak to Beach Meadow, this trail has several steep sections that make is best suited for the intermediate rider.

Blackrock Station Motorized Trail - Begins at the Beach Ridge Trail to provide OHV access to the Blackrock Visitor Information Station. User information such as maps, guides and fire permits are available.

Troy Meadow Campground - The Troy Meadow camp offers seventy-three campsites including 10 suitable for RV's up to twenty feet, restrooms, piped well water and no trash collection.
