Pets must be leashed. Quiet hours 10pm-6am. Fires in fire circles only. Extra vehicle fee collected at site ($5 per night). PROXIMITY: North Fork, Mammoth Pool, Minarets. ENVIRONMENT: Mountains, creek. ATTRIBUTES: Nearest pay phone, gas, and store 5 to 6 miles in the town of Bass Lake. ACTIVITIES: Hiking, fishing, boating. RESTRICTIONS: 2 vehicles per site, fee for 2nd vehicle, pets leashed. The camping fee includes entry for 1 vehicle and 1 legally towed vehicle. Additional fees for extra vehicles will be collected at the campground. Kelty Meadow Campground is located in a mountainous environment adjacent to Kelty Creek. The nearest store with gas and a pay phone is about 6 miles away in the town of Bass Lake. Restrooms are provided in the campground. Popular activities include hiking, fishing, and boating. Restricted to two vehicles per site. This campground is operated by California Land Management. We value your comments. The camping fee includes entry for one vehicle and one legally towed vehicle. No all-terrain or off-highway vehicles allowed in the campground. A fee of $5.00 for extra vehicles will be collected at the campground. All equipment must fit on the site pad. Vehicles park in developed areas only.
Directions: Take Highway 41 through Oakhurst, CA to Road 236. Turn right on Road 236.
