General Description

Emigrant-West Trail, located on a portion of the historical pioneer route, offering an easy one-third mile hike. The trailhead is on Highway 4 at a parking area half a mile past Bear Valley. The trailhead is not well marked at this time.

Directions from Highway 4: Travel one-half mile past Bear Valley to the trailhead.

Seasonal Information:
Normally Open: Early June through Early November .
