Directions from Camptonville: Travel south on Hwy. #49, turn west (right) onto Marysville Road and proceed approximately 2 miles to the campground on the right.

Dark Day Picnic Ground - Dark Day Picnic Ground is located on the south shore of New Bullards Bar Reservoir at an elevation of 2,000 feet. This picnic ground has 14 sites with tables, potable water, a boat ramp, hiking and fishing.

Emerald Cove Hotel/Lodge/Resort - The Emerald Cove Resort and Marina is located on the southern tip of the New Bullard Bar Reservoir. This Resort offers a marina, houseboats, fishing and patio boat rentals. There is a two lane boat ramp and overnight slips.

Garden Point Campground - Garden Point Campground is located 1 mile northwest of Dark Day Boat Ramp on the north side of the Reservoir at an elevation of 1,965 feet. This campground can only be accessed by boat. There are 16 sites and toilets.

Hornswoggle Group Site - Hornswoggle Group Campground is located off the southern shore of New Bullards Barr Reservoir at an elevation of 2,200 feet.

Madrone Cove Campground - Madrone Cove Campground is located 5 miles northwest of the Dark Day Boat Ramp on the west shore of the Reservoir at an elevation of 2,000 feet. This campground has 10 single sites and is accessible only by boat.

Schoolhouse Campground - Schoolhouse Campground is located on the southern shore of the New Bullards Bar Reservoir Area at an elevation of 2,200 feet. This campground has 56 sites, potable water, toilets and trailer space on site. Fishing is available in the reservoir.
