General Description

Salmon Creek Campground is located 2 miles north of Bassets at an elevation of 5,800. This campground is near Salmon Creek and has 31 campsite, 7 of which have spaces for trailers. There are toilets and potable water on site. Hiking, fishing and wildlife viewing are available from this campground.

Directions from Sierra City: Travel northeast on Hwy. #49 for approximately 4 miles, turn left onto Gold Lake Hwy. Travel 2 mile campground is on the left.
