Directions from Camptonville: Travel south on Hwy. #49, turn west (right) onto Marysville Road and proceed approximately 3 miles to the overlook on the right.

Bullards Bar Trail - Bullards Bar Trail is an easy to moderate 7 mile long trail at an elevation of 2,243. It offers a walk along the contour of the lake with spots for fishing or swimming.

Dark Day Campground - Dark Day Campground is located on the southern shore of New Bullards Bar Reservoir at an elevation of 2,000 feet. This campground has 16 sites, potable water, a boat ramp, hiking and fishing.

Dark Day Picnic Ground - Dark Day Picnic Ground is located on the south shore of New Bullards Bar Reservoir at an elevation of 2,000 feet. This picnic ground has 14 sites with tables, potable water, a boat ramp, hiking and fishing.

Emerald Cove Hotel/Lodge/Resort - The Emerald Cove Resort and Marina is located on the southern tip of the New Bullard Bar Reservoir. This Resort offers a marina, houseboats, fishing and patio boat rentals. There is a two lane boat ramp and overnight slips.

Schoolhouse Campground - Schoolhouse Campground is located on the southern shore of the New Bullards Bar Reservoir Area at an elevation of 2,200 feet. This campground has 56 sites, potable water, toilets and trailer space on site. Fishing is available in the reservoir.
