General Description

Woodcamp Picnic Ground is located on the southern shore of the Jackson Meadow Reservoir at an elevation of 6,100 feet. This picnic ground has 15 sites with tables and stoves. Potable water and toilets are available on site. There is a concrete boat launching ramp below Woodcamp Campground and a swimming beach nearby.

Directions from Sierraville: Travel south on Hwy. #89 for approximately 7.5 miles and turn right onto Primary Forest Route #7. Travel 16 miles west to Jackson Meadow Reservoir. Continue around the Reservoir. This picnic ground is on the southern shore of the Jackson Meadow Reservoir.
