This campground is on the west side of the reservoir. It consists of 14 single family sites. Piped water and flush toilets are provided. Each site is equipped with food lockers, fire rings, and picnic tables. Bears frequent this campground. There is a boat ramp located across from the Woodcamp Campground.Reservations must be made at least 4 days in advance. Bears frequent this Campground. Visitors must obey rules posted concerning bears. Food lockers are on each site. Additional charge at campground for 3rd vehicle.
Directions: Take I-80 to Truckee, Highway 89 north exit. Follow 89 north towards Sierraville for 17 miles to Jackson Meadows turnoff. Travel westbound for 18 miles to Jackson Meadows Reservoir.
