General Description

Frog Mountain Trail is a moderate 3.1 mile hike, mountain bike, motorized bike, or horseback ride. The trail begins at 4,200 feet at Martin Gap on Forest Road #74 and ends at 4,100 feet at Forest Road #7400904. The trail climbs to Frog Mountain at elevation 5,236 feet. From this point, the trail descends to Forest Road 74, passing through clear-cuts and old-growth forest.

Directions from Enumclaw: Drive 21.8 miles east on State Hwy. 410 to West Fork Road #74. Turn right and drive 15.4 miles to the end of the road at Martin Gap. The trailhead is on the left at the entrance to the parking lot.
