The Ge-Che Cross-country Ski Trail travels 10 miles across 4 loops. The trail surface is natural with track set grooming. Hikers and skiers enjoy the terrain that is 5% steep, 5% hilly, 40% moderate and 50% flat. Skiers should note that the trail is occasionally groomed but not all 10 miles all the time. The trail's maintenance is a cooperative effort between the Iron River Ranger District and the Covenant Point Bible Camp. Groups are welcome. Rentals are available. Directions from Iron River, MI: West Trailhead: Travel southwest on US 2 / M-73 for 8 miles. Then head north on Hagerman Lake Road to Covenant Point Bible Camp.

Directions from Iron River, MI: East Trailhead: Travel southwest on US 2 / M-73 for 3 miles. Then turn right to Lake Ottawa National Forest campground.
