This 8-mile ballast and natural trail is open to a variety of users including hikers, mountain bikers, ATVers, cross-country skiers, and snowmobilers. Caution should be used. The terrain is 100% flat. Mountain bikers may link with the Agonikak Trail to make a 10+-mile circuit.

Exploring a variety of habitats including a portion of trail that crosses over a brook trout stream, this multi-use trail gives the quiet user an opportunity to see a variety of songbirds, shorebirds, white-tailed deer, mink, muskrat, and beaver.

Directions from Land O' Lakes, Wisconsin: This trail travels between Land O' Lakes at CR 210 just south of Duck Lake paralleling US 45 to end in Watersmeet at US 2 and CR 208.
