General Description

Baseline Trail parallels Baseline Road within the Chautaugua Park boundary. It leads .4 miles west from Chautaugua parking area. A minimal gain in elevation and a smooth gravel surface makes this a good trail for small children and strollers.

Directions from Highway 36: Take the Baseline Road exit and travel west toward the mountains. Follow Baseline Road nearly 1.5 miles to the entrance for Chautaugua Park. Turn left into the park. Parking is free at this trailhead.
