Lake St. George State Park
Lake St. George State Park offers 38 RV sites, several are shaded, 18 pull-thrus. Each site has a picnic table and fire ring. Many of the sites are lakeside. The visitor may stay 14 days to enjoy the freshwater fishing, swimming, boating, small playground and playing field. A boat launch is available and canoes or small boats may be rented during the warmer months.

There is a relatively large group camping site, with their own pit toilets, drinking water and recycling box.

Note: you'll want to observe the poison ivy signs.

Directions from Liberty, ME: The park is located 27 miles east of Augusta and 17 miles west of Belfast on SR 3 in Liberty.

Normally Open: Mid-May through Mid-October .
