General Description

Like many of the old logging road trails in Cimarron Canyon State Park, the 4 mile Jasper- Agate Trail is steep and rocky but wide. The distance is based on following the trail until it fades out and disappears.

Topographic maps of the are can be bought at sporting goods stores in Eagle Nest and Cimarron.

Directions from Taos: Take Highway 64 East from Taos.

Seasonal Information:
Normally Open: Year-round .
