General Description

Winding 62 miles through broad desert landscapes, across the foothills of towering mountains, through an impressive Joshua tree forest, and among brilliant red sandstone formations, the Gold Butte Byway is a great getaway. This byway provides simple pleasures from driving to primitive camping, hiking and exploring.

Directions from Las Vegas: Travel 90 miles northeast of Las Vegas and 5 miles south of Mesquite/Bunkerville on Interstate 15.
