General Description

The Rudd Pond Campground lies amidst a beautiful woodland resting on the shores of a large pond. The campground's 41 tent and RV sites (no electric) are convenient to a sandy swimming beach, fishing, boat launch and rentals, a picnic grove and a children's playground. A recreation hall and recreation programs are held on a regular basis. A multi-use trail system is enjoyed by hikers, mountain bikers and in winter, cross-country skiers. The campground closes on Labor Day but winter visitors may also enjoy ice skating.

Directions from Millerton, NY: Travel 3 miles north along Country Road 62. Campground is located at the end of the park road.

Normally Open: Mid-May through Labor Day Weekend (NOTE: Park is open year-round.) .
