This is a beautiful trail traveling through miles of yellow birch, mountain ash, maple and spruce at the higher elevations. The trail crosses back and forth of the Noland Creek a number of times connecting Clingmans Dome Road with Deep Creek Campground.
Directions from Bryson City, NC: Travel 2 miles north on Deep Creek Road. The Noland Divide Trail begins at the end of the road.
