General Description

The trail to Double O Arch begins from the Devils Garden Trailhead and leads two miles to the arch. It passes spur trails to Tunnel Arch, Pine Tree Arch, Landscape Arch, Navajo Arch and Partition Arch en route to Double O. Beyond the Landscape Arch spur the trail becomes more challenging as it crosses sandstone fins with some exposure. Follow cairns to Double O Arch. A trail brochure is available at the parking area.

Directions from Main Park Entrance: Follow the park road 18 miles to its end at Devils Garden Trailhead.

Seasonal Information:
Normally Open: Year-round (NOTE: Conditions can be crowded from April through October. Be sure to have an alternate hiking plan if parking is not available.) .

Report: The "primitive" trail loop past landscape arch is difficult in places, inlcuding sandstone scrambles and soft sand walking. Watch for the cairns or you will definitely go astray. There were adults and kids who should not have been on this trail.

Landscape Arch Trail - Landscape Arch is one of the longest arches in the park, spanning more than a football field. The trail to it is an easy two-mile round trip.

Main Park Road - The Main Park Road leads 18 miles from the park entrance to Devils Garden.
