There are 19 tent sites and 6 lean-to sites which are located along the Connecticut River. There is one restroom with running water and hot showers ($). There is a play area, picnic area and 3 lean-tos in the group area. A trailer sanitary station is located by the ranger's quarters.Reservation requests must be postmarked no earlier than January 1. Minimum number of nights is 2. Mailed reservations are accepted in order of receipt of completed application with full payment at the appropriate Regional Office or Park Office after May 15th. Telephone reservations are accepted by Regional Offices January 3 through mid-May on weekdays (except holidays) from 9:00 a.m. until 4:00 p.m. During the park operating season, contact the Park Office directly.
Directions from Ascutney, VT: At Interstate 91 take Exit #8 and travel 1.5 miles south on US 5 to reach the park entrance. Bear left to reach the campground.
