General Description

Moose Wilson Scenic Byway, runs from Teton Village to Moose, offering the best in wildlife viewing and access to Death Canyon and Phelps Lake.

Directions from Teton Village: Travel northeast for nine miles to Moose.

Directions from Moose: Travel southwest for nine miles to Teton Village.

Seasonal Information:
Normally Open: Early May through Novemberst .

ICON Fishing Phelps Lake. Fishing conforms to Wyoming and National Park Service regulations. Obtain fishing regulations at the Moose, Jenny Lake or Colter Bay Visitor Centers. A Wyoming Fishing license, required for fishing in the park and parkway, may be purchased at the Moose Village Store, Signal Mountain Lodge, Colter Bay Marina and Flagg Ranch Village.
