General Description

Black Sand and Biscuit Basin Trails, located near Old Faithful, offers an easy and less than 0.5 mile hike. Easily accessed by boardwalks and features Emerald Pool, Sunset Lake, Jewel Geyser, and Sapphire. Both areas are included in the Old Faithful area trail guide.

Directions from The Old Faithful area: Go north 0.5 and 2 miles, respectively.

Seasonal Information:
Normally Open: Mid-May through Late September .
