The managed recreation season is May through October with use heavy on
weekends and holidays. Preferred activities include fishing, camping, and
sightseeing. Available species include rainbow trout, splake trout, and cutthroat
trout. Some facilities accessible to persons with disabilities. Reservations
accepted for certain campsites; fees charged. All-weather access over State Rd.
29. Joes Valley U.S. Geological Service map covers the area. Stream fishing
above and below the reservoir.
