Peaks-Kenny State Park Recreation Description. Aspen Snowmass Trails
The park has 839 acres which rest on a peninsula of Sebec Lake in Maine's Katahdin Region. The area experiences cool temperatures much of the year, therefore, camping is not available until mid June. There are 6 miles of hiking trails, private campsites, boat and canoe rentals, modern restrooms and hot showers. A guarded swimming beach is offered in summer. And like many of Maine's parks, visitors enjoy wildlife viewing.
