Foot and pack animal travel are permitted within wilderness boundaries. (The use of mechanized and motorized vehicles is prohibited.) Visitors may enjoy the solitude of the Raggeds Wilderness through horseback riding, hiking, backpacking, fishing, cross-country skiing and backcountry skiing.
