Hiked here from Red Box station on a holiday weekend in August. We were the only people camping here on a sat. night. Beautiful campground at convenient intersection of trails.

6 miles in on the san gregornio trail, 3.3 out on the silver moccasin trail. Challenging hike back out (have to adlib trail at one section) but worth every step... The campground itself is one of the most beautiful I've seen in So. California.
