DURING THE SUMMER: MAKE RESERVATIONS!!! This is a good, but crowded, camp!!! A boat launch is just a mile from a General Store (general meaning very expensive!), there's great fishing both in the lake and in Chiquito Creek, and a cool drive to the Windy Point picnic area and the top of the dam! Lots to see and do, and a nice drive up to boot! (Check out Mile High Vista; a picnic area with a view of Mammoth Pool, about 5 miles above the Rock Creek camp) No hook-ups, but still a nice camps for RVs.
